Status Update (May 10, 2024)

The Mitigation Bank is accepting credit applications in all market categories at this time; however, there are a limited number of credits available for non-member development projects.  All email inquiries regarding the availability of credits should be directed to jamiem@lummi-nsn.gov (no phone inquiries). Applications will be reviewed for accuracy of credits requested and will only be considered complete with submittal of project information in the form of a Mitigation Bank Use Plan and an archeological assessment.  Non-member applications are reviewed on a first-come first-served basis.  The Lummi Nation reserves the right to deny service.
